The Sanitaire EON QuietClean SC5500B Upright Vacuum was engineered for commercial environments, such as offices, hotels and hospitals. Its 10 amp motor gives you all the power you need to clean, yet at the same time, this vacuum was acoustically engineered to run at a whisper-quiet 68 decibels. Designed with a sealed HEPA system to maintain indoor air quality and certified with the CRI Gold Seal of Approval for top cleaning performance on carpets. Each disposable dust bag holds 4.1 dry quarts of dirt and debris. Constructed using high-quality ABS plastic; the same material used to design football helmets for players in the NFL. The updated design doubles debris pickup on hard surfaces compared to older models.
The bag access cover for the Sanitaire EON QuietClean SC5500B is easily located and can be opened in one swift motion so you can quickly change your bag and get back to vacuuming.
The HEPA filter, located at the base of this machine, should be rinsed using cool water every six months to maintain optimum performance.
